in this dynamic industry spans over three and a half decades, initially honing my skills in the legal
arena before transitioning seamlessly into sales, where I’ve specialized in Residential Real Estate
for the past two decades.
My hallmark traits include an unwavering work ethic and an infectious enthusiasm, fostering a
reputation as a REALTOR® who places paramount importance on the trust and confidence within
my client and colleague relationships. Authenticity is my cornerstone, and I’m a staunch advocate

diverse needs. Furthermore, my expertise extends to Military Relocation, a realm where personal
experience as a Navy Brat, the spouse of a US Army MP Veteran, and the mother of a US Army
MI Veteran profoundly informs my approach, ensuring seamless transitions for those relocating
due to PCS orders.

Past President of the Sacramento Network of Women’s Council of Realtors and Past 2-term District
Vice President with Women’s Council of Realtors, California as well as my past participation on
my local SAR, State CAR and National NAR Associations in capacities of Committee Member
and Vice Chair positions including Region 3 Liaison for Housing Affordability Fund and a
Regional Representative for Home Ownership Housing Committee. In these capacities along with
my Colleagues, I am Honored to work diligently for homeownership, in California and beyond.
Dedication to education and mentorship is ingrained in my ethos, evidenced by my role as a mentor
and educator in California Real Estate Contracts, Forms & Disclosures. I actively contribute to the
Sacramento Realtor Association’s Education Committee and serve on various committees at both
state and national levels, advocating for legislative, ethical, and policy enhancements within the
industry.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am a compassionate Thin Blue Line Mom of a Female Officer
and I cherish time spent with my four grandsons and three furbabies. Additionally, my affiliation
with the Sacramento Bar Association’s Real Estate and Probate & Estate Planning Divisions,
coupled with my certification as a California Probate Specialist, underscores my commitment to
providing comprehensive support to clients in their estate planning endeavors.
