Katherine Ossokine
Born and raised in the beautiful town of Chico, California, Katherine Ossokine spent the majority of her childhood either visiting the ocean or adventuring in the foothills East of Chico. Since obtaining her Real Estate license in 2001, Katherine has been often recognized and awarded for her sincere dedication to providing exceptional customer service to her clients and for being a consistent top producer. Her professionalism, industry knowledge, compassion, and commitment to her clients have all tremendously contributed to Katherine’s success within the real estate industry. Although a Chico native, Katherine shows, lists and sells homes throughout the Sacramento Valley and coastal region. Katherine feels blessed to have homes in both Butte Valley and Granite Bay, allowing her immense love and knowledge of these regions to help develop a specialty for serving clients who are relocating to or from either area. Diligent and responsible in her work ethic, Katherine is eager to exceed her client’s expectations. Katherine thoroughly enjoys working as a real estate agent and always puts her clients first to help them achieve their dreams of buying or selling.
As a child and throughout her adult life, Katherine has kept a strong fascination for travel and learning about various cultural perspectives. Katherine has been very active within the International Student Program at Chico State. Katherine has opened her home to many visiting students throughout the years, and also served as a coordinator for placing students with other host families in the community. Her involvement and experience with the International Student Program has undoubtedly proven Katherine’s incredible gift of compassion for helping people extends beyond her professional career.
