Jessica Narayan

Jessica Narayan grew up in Sacramento and has lived in San Diego and Los Angeles. Her knowledge of and experience in the areas including schools and local attractions make her a local area expert in the following cities. Coming from a family of real estate investors allowed Jessica to become familiar with the market from an early age. Jessica has a passion for helping the community, growing from her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Master’s degree in Emergency Management and The Department of Homeland Security, and a Master’s degree in Cyber Security and Leadership.

In working with buyers and sellers, an extensive knowledge of the real estate market allows Jessica to analyze value and potential in properties not only specific to the location but additionally, how to take advantage of unique aspects of a property to maximize its value. With innovative sale techniques and understanding negotiation strategies allows Jessica to market properties to their fullest potential. Jessica works hard to achieve the best possible result for her clients. 

Jessica Narayan is a member of the Placer County Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Jessica speaks English and Hindi fluently.
