Born and raised in the Sacramento Valley, Carrie Bearry is very familiar with the region’s ever changing market. Having served as a property manager in the Yuba-Sutter area for many years, Carrie brings with her an intense focus on client relationships. As a property manager she mastered various skills essential to being a realtor. During her time as a property manager Carrie’s communication abilities, legal expertise, methodical organization, and aptitude for relationship building helped her assist hundreds of clients including low-income families and seniors to luxury living and commercial properties.
With an educational background in Criminal Justice and Paralegal Services, Carrie has spent the last few years serving at a large law firm. Working in family law helped reignite Carrie’s passion for helping others. Her previous background in property management combined with her innate drive to help others have led Carrie to shift her career focus to real estate.
