Rick Williams
In 2002, Rick became a licensed professional in the Real Estate and Property Development field, coming from a long line of entrepreneurial family members in the same industry. With over 20 years of experience, he joined Sotheby’s to apply his expertise. Apart from his real estate background, Rick had a successful career in corporate America, working as a skilled negotiator for Intel Corporation and Hewlett-Packard. Over the course of 30+ years, he gained invaluable worldwide experience in contract negotiation, sealing major multi-million dollar deals with prominent Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Google, and IBM. Rick’s passion for people and extensive travels around the world have led him to develop and motivate diverse teams spread across different locations. He has been actively involved in mentoring new Real Estate agents and founded the Williams|Christaki Team at Sotheby’s.
Hailing from Northern California, Rick is happily married for 27 years and takes pride in being a devoted father. With a solid foundation of moral values, ethics, and integrity, he is driven by his education at Brigham Young University and his past missionary work. Rick attributes much of his success to his grandmother, who obtained her license in 1961, and his aunt, who became licensed in 1977. Their key lesson, “client above commission,” has become Rick’s personal motto, reflecting his approach to every deal.
