April joins Nick Sadek Sotheby’s International Realty in Sacramento, Ca with 7 years of residential Real Estate experience. She is fueled by helping buyers and sellers in Sacramento County and El Dorado County.
April’s love for real estate dates back to her childhood while tagging along with her uncle who worked in the industry for over 30 years. Her passions include going above and beyond for her clients, real estate investing, fixing up her own Mid-Century home in Sacramento, professionally organizing client homes, and helping with interior design needs, as well.
Her specialties are with clients who need to downsize or with families who are growing and need more space, simultaneous purchases and sales, first-time home buyers, and investments. She is here to stay, but is very experienced in assisting families with exiting the Sacramento market saying Goodbye to California.
Her refreshingly hands-on demeanor at work is balanced out by her wild-but-wonderful family life, and shares with her hard-working husband who is in the home renovation business, and their busy 9-year old twin girls.
When she’s not running full-speed at work or as a mom, you can find April relaxing with a cup of coffee, going on long walks with friends, planning Holiday parties as her kids’ classroom mom, and volunteering as the Head Art Docent for Mariemont Elementary.
To April, a closed sale is so much more than that. It’s the start of a new chapter, the end of an old one. She enjoys the entire process from start to finish, and will guide you through each step of your journey.
