Susan Bennett
Susan is a licensed California REALTOR® with 20+ years of industry experience relocating clients across town and across country. She has lived in Rocklin for 24 years and knows the ins and outs of the Placer County housing market and surrounding suburbs. Communication, negotiating skills and loyalty to her clients are her top priorities, creating seamless transactions and lasting relationships.
As a sales trainer and marketing coach for Bank of America Real Estate Investment Trust, Susan is recognized as an industry professional with designations from CAA and IREM, among others. This sets her apart from the competition and keeps her skills honed in to best meet her clients’ home and investment needs.
Outside of Real Estate, Susan enjoys traveling with family, and hanging out with her two rescue dogs. Susan and her husband Brian own local restaurants and give back to the community by donating to nonprofits and meals to people in need.
