Alison Harms
Alison’s passion for real estate began as a young adult when house hunting with her mom became one of her favorite hobbies and fondest memories. Alison and her mother, Stacy Capellanio, now work closely and conscientiously as a team in order to guide buyers and sellers to make the best decision. They give their clients comfort in knowing that they are always available and working diligently to make every transaction a pleasant experience from start to finish. As a lifelong resident, and having attended local schools, Alison has a wide knowledge of what Nevada County has to offer. She has a great appreciation and passion for her community and enjoys being part of Sotheby’s International Realty.
