Christopher Hayhoe
Born in London, England. Christopher studied Building Construction and Quantity Surveying at a London College of Technology where he obtained a Higher National Diploma and became an Associate of the Royal Institute of Building. In 1983 Christopher moved to Sacramento and since then he has achieved various educational and professional milestones. Christopher obtained a California Real Estate License in 1986, a General Contractor’s License in 1988 and a California Real Estate Brokers License in 1994. His areas of expertise include land sales, new construction, luxury home sales, and serves communities within South Placer County, Sacramento, and El Dorado Hills. Christopher has received awards, designations, and has been involved with the community, including being an SRES member, a Certified Distressed Property Specialist, a consistent Masters Club member, a Habitat for Humanity Champion, a Certified Hospice Spiritual Counselor, and a Sacramento Community Law Enforcement Chaplain from 2009 to the present. He has also received the Gold Presidential Service Volunteer Award for two consecutive years, with over 600 hours of volunteer work per year, and is also an Advanced National Soccer Coach with a “B” level certification.
