Jenna Choate
Jenna was born and raised behind the Redwood Curtain on the coast in Eureka, CA. College brought her to Chico where she graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Chico State University. With a strong work ethic, she was able to not only graduate debt free, but also save enough to buy her first home a few months after graduation. Throughout the process, she fell in love with the homebuying experience, renovation and home design.
In 2016, she married her husband, Patrick, and his career in Civil Engineering brought the couple to Woodland in 2017. The process of buying and remodeling their second home sparked the wonderful memories she had of the real estate world, so she decided to formally join it. She became a licensed REALTOR in 2019 with the top priority of wanting to lead, guide and protect her clients while they fulfill their dreams of homeownership. She has been a member of the “Yolo County Young Professionals Network”, as well as a member of the “YAR Master’s Club” both for the past 3 years.
Jenna and her husband welcomed their son, Dawson, into their family in 2020. She has enjoyed the challenge of juggling a full-time career, renovating homes on the side, being an active member of the Yolo County community, nourishing her love of outdoors and raising a VERY independent, adorable and bold little boy. She looks forward to continuing to be of service to her current and future clients, now with the support of the Nick Sadek Sotheby’s International – Homestead 360 team.
