Lisa Lyford
Enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking, caring, patient and fun. These are words past clients have repeatedly used to describe Lisa Lyford and their experiences working with her. Whether you are buying or selling your first or fifteenth home, you will always receive the same level of dedication.
Lisa’s mission is to guide you through the process in a seamless and quite possibly, enjoyable way. “People automatically feel that buying or selling their home is going to be a daunting process,” says Lisa. “But I like to challenge that and change the way people view the home buying and selling process! I want to blow their minds and provide them with an unexpected, and extraordinary level of service that they didn’t even know existed!”
After an unpleasant experience buying her own first home years ago, Lisa used that early impression to shape her into the agent she is today– one who puts her client’s needs and feelings first. She realizes each client has unique circumstances and needs, coupled with busy lives. And with that understanding, Lisa’s goal is to listen and learn about her clients, and then provide the personal attention needed to completely exceed her clients’ expectations.
A full-time Realtor and member of the Association of Realtors Masters Club, Lisa Lyford is as passionate about her clients as she is about the great outdoors. From hiking and biking to trick water skiing, she embraces every adventure. In 2022, she celebrated 25 wonderful years with her husband, Cal. She is also a proud mom to her daughter, Olivia, who shares her love of the outdoors and currently resides in Bozeman, Montana, while attending Montana State University. In addition to her professional life, Lisa is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She volunteers for Achieve Tahoe, a disabled sports program, and donates to the Parkinson’s Association of Northern California with every transaction in honor of her good friend Danielle, among many other meaningful contributions.
Along with her full-time amazing assistant, Erica Richards and incredible Transaction Coordinator, Cindy Mah-Lyford, you will always be well taken care of. To Lisa, you are not just a customer or another transaction.
After working closely with her throughout the transaction, many people have found that their relationship with her extends well beyond the close of escrow. You may not end up with just a sale or a new house, but also a new friend.
