Marylou Lunsford
Marylou Lunsford grew up in South Lake Tahoe California and relocated to Sacramento area at the age of 18 to start a new chapter in her life. Falling in love with the area, she became actively involved in the community, gaining a lifetime of knowledge of the Sacramento area and it’s surrounding city’s . Because of previous career and family located in San Francisco, Marylou has been, and still is, a frequenter of the San Francisco area, expanding her ability to meet with any client, anywhere, to meet there real estate needs. Marylou is a proud mother of two boys who are graduates at Jesuit high school and San Francisco State University alum.

In 2016, Marylou became a Real Estate Agent.
Marylou started her real estate career working with Wyndham timeshare , where she has learned a wealth of information about real estate.
Prior to real estate, Marylou Lunsford founded a hip coffee shop in Rancho Cordova in 2004 named Javalicious.
As the owner and operator, she gained extensive business knowledge as well as built many lasting relationship within the community. From there she realize that she not only enjoyed making people happy, but she had a passion for it. This caused her to delve into community service had first. Volunteering at many organizations throughout Sacrament.
By speaking with people she met during her business ventures and volunteering, Marylou discovered that the one purchase that could offer people the most, happy memories, pride, get-togethers, and even income, is the purchase of a home. The joy she would see on peoples faces when they bought a home was something she couldn’t ignore, so she knew she wanted to be part of bringing that joy to others, that’s embracing real estate.
