Peter Eells
Peter Eells brings an eye for detail and a tech-savvy approach to real estate, along with a desire to provide five-star, personalized service. Licensed in 2006, Peter joined Nick Sadek Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017. Here, he dedicates himself to providing an uncommon level of service fueled by his dedication to listening, understanding, and meeting his clients’ needs.
With a background in engineering, marketing and sales, and an engineering degree from UC Berkeley, Peter’s analytical approach to real estate yields results. He carefully conducts home valuations, helping buyers gain confidence in their purchase and giving sellers a competitive edge. He knows from experience that realistic valuations lead to the most reasonable offers and the smoothest sales.
Peter enjoys connecting with his clients on their level and at their pace. After all, he’s been in their shoes. A “classic Bay Area transplant” who moved to Placerville in 2005 and has since lived in Cameron Park, Folsom and Lincoln, Peter’s perspective puts him in a strong position to help both buyers and sellers. He says the area is ideal for raising a family while enjoying an outdoorsy lifestyle away from the Bay Area craziness. An avid runner and a cyclist, Peter covers at least 50 miles a week in some combination of the two sports. Ask him about the abundance of local trails, including those at Folsom Lake.
Peter eagerly welcomes opportunities to solve problems for people, whether matching them with the perfect home, finding the ideal buyer for a property, or scrutinizing complex transaction details. There’s no greater success than that of his clients and there is no greater feeling for Peter than the gratitude of someone he has helped reach the next important milestone in life.
Peter knows that people like to feel understood. Passionate about real estate and helping others, he is eager to build strong relationships based on trust and integrity.
