Rochelle Holder has been a resident in the Greater Sacramento Region for more than 44 years. Starting her professional career within the Mortgage sector, Rochelle has always been closely aligned with the real estate industry and understands the dedication required to deliver the best possible solutions to her clientele. After the market took a turn back in 2008, Rochelle decided to take the opportunity to focus on growing her family. Now a mother of 6, she further understood how to manage limitless moving parts simultaneously.
Rochelle has learned how to efficiently manage an ever-changing schedule, adjust when there are unexpected changes and pivot when necessary. As a certified yoga instructor, she was also able to better understand personality types and how to gauge the differing needs of each client. In addition, Rochelle owns and oversees a boutique butcher shop that has been in business for over 50 years. There, Rochelle handles product and business development, marketing efforts, and community outreach. Rochelle is also responsible for growing the business with high-end photography, blog content, an online presence, planning local events, and fostering local partnerships.
