Tim and his wife Julie work as a team. Their genuine desire to help people and build relationships is apparent in their approach. Tim and Julie bring calm to stressful situations, actively listen and communicate effectively and respectfully.

Tim has a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Masters degree in Arbitration, Mediation & Negotiation. 

Tim and Julie are lifelong residents of the Sacramento Region. They have three grown children and two beautiful granddaughters. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, volunteering, cooking, travel and kayaking.
