Tracie Colamartino
Tracie moved to Roseville in 1979, attending and graduating from Oakmont High School and Sierra College, and is proud to call Placer County her home. Her background includes working 20 years for the City of Rocklin, many of those years in the Building and Planning Department, which gives her extensive knowledge about the permit process, state building code, land use, and the role that local government plays within the community. Her experience with real estate began in 1986, after she purchased her first home, and learned firsthand what it was like to have a knowledgeable Realtor. Since then, she has purchased and sold many of her own homes and investment properties, as well as assisted clients, friends and family members with the sale and purchase of their homes. Using a hands-on approach, she rolls up her sleeves to help clients sort through the overwhelming task of rehoming personal belongings, and offers up her service providers so clients easily prepare their home for market. Tracie uses a team approach, joining forces with like-minded agents, to better meet a clients needs. What that means to you is a smoother, more convenient, and pleasant buying or selling experience.
