Tristen Spence
Tristen was born and raised in Placer County. She attended Del Oro high school, then continued her education in Real Estate.
Tristen was inspired to pursue real estate by her parents involvement in real estate development and sales. Tristen has observed the importance of the “first-home” experience, as well as the opportunity of buying bare land and building a dream home, and everything in between.
After many years of watching her parents buy, sell and build in and out of California, Tristen realized the importance of an informed, diligent and empathetic real estate advisor. She has made it her mission to be a trustworthy and informed advisor in the world of real estate.
Tristen specializes in the Placer and Nevada county areas. She brings a sense of security to her clients through strong negotiation skills, empathy, and her impeccable attention to detail. Tristen provides her clients with thorough research and high quality communication skills to help every client feel secure and confident in every step of a transaction.
Outside of the office Tristen loves to spend her days outdoors, sailing, snowboarding and most importantly with her family. She can’t wait to make your dreams a reality through realty!
